Whippany Diner: Your Go-To for All-American Comfort Food in Whippany, NJ

Whippany diner has AMAZING service and are really nice! And they also have amazing food. This I one of my favorite places to eat.

Love thisdiner the waitresses are so nice and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend it.

Stopped by on a weekday for a late lunch after work. It is pretty standard as far as diner food. I was seated immediately. I got my meal pretty quickly after giving my order. My server was really nice. After you're done, you're given your receipt and you pay at the counter by the entrance. There is plenty of parking. It's easy to get back on route 10 going east or west as well which is convenient.

Decent diner fairly priced with a nice selection, great service. Clean & friendly. when in the area and if the need arises, I'd go back.

My copilot and I were in the area for some training and decided to stop here on a whim one night. We are so happy that we did! What we found was an absolute gem of a diner! The menu is vast, breakfast served all day, good prices, and really amazing staff (Julia is astonishing!) We ended up eating at least one meal here, with few exceptions, every day while we were in town (2 1/2 weeks!) We trained almost everything on the menu at least once and can say that the Chicken Marsala, pancakes, and pot roast were my favorite. Also, be sure to save room for dessert because the cheesecake is easily in my top three ever! Don't hesitate to stop here anytime! You won't regret it!

The diner that others should learn from. This is what diners used to be before they started cooking frou frou cooking (Certain Edison diners I see you) It's got all the classics. From eggs to burgers and the most delicious pancakes I've savored in a long time. Our waitress couldn't have been kinder. I'm a huge fan!!!

Tasty food, great service, and another in a long line of great diners I've been to on the road. Came here with a larger group for dinner, and we were accommodated quite quickly. Our server was very quick, had great recommendations, and made sure our drinks were filled and everyone was satisfied! I opted for a tuna melt, classic diner fair, and it was exactly what I wanted with that delicious potato salad. The pickles and slaw on the side also were quite good. My companion got the chili, which he said was quite good and had a lot of chips with it! Would love to have a breakfast here to really get the full spectrum of the menu, but portions are big, food is tasty and service is great.

The Whippany Diner is a cute family oriented diner that is affordable and serves some amazing breakfast. The waitresses are friendly and professional. The pancakes are light and fluffy, the eggs and the sausage are very savory, and all of their ingredients are fresh.
